Export what you are allowed to see, not the whole company by default.

Export from Reports

Open Reports to download the current authorized renewals CSV or the vendors CSV. Cost analysis groups annualized cost by vendor tag, renewal tag, or renewal period and keeps currencies separate. Dashboard PDF uses the dashboard’s current time horizon.

1. Confirm Standard or Business. Free does not include CSV import/export or PDF reports.
2. Open Reports in the signed-in app.
3. Export current renewals CSV for the records you can access.
4. Export vendors CSV when you need the supplier list.
5. Download a PDF report when you need a snapshot. Apply the same filters you would use on screen; confidential records you cannot access will not appear in totals or rows.
