# Renewal Vista > Renewal Vista is a hosted renewal management workspace from Lob Labs LLC (Scott County, Minnesota). It organizes contracts, software subscriptions, vendors, insurance, leases, and other recurring obligations. The product is in beta. ## What it is Renewal Vista is for organizations that need a dependable view of recurring commitments without maintaining a renewal spreadsheet by hand. A renewal is one record for a commitment. Typical types include Contract, Subscription, Lease, License, Insurance, Warranty, Service Agreement, Managed Service, Professional Services, Security Service, Equipment Lease, Telecom, and Infrastructure. The same record holds name, vendor, owner, department, location, renewal date, cancellation deadline, auto-renew status, contracted cost, currency, billing frequency, renewal frequency, notes, and related documents where the plan allows them. Confidential renewals use existing access-scope rules so only authorized organization members can see them. Renewal Vista does not infer that a contract renewed or ended because a date passed. Teams record statuses such as Active, Decision Pending, Renewed, Cancelled, and Expired. ## Plans Free ($0): renewals, vendors, dashboard, users and roles, manual renewal entry, and basic tracking. No credit card required. Standard ($19/mo, billed through Stripe): everything in Free, plus CSV import and export, document/file storage, PDF upload and extraction, document Intake, email reminders, and PDF reports. Business ($39/mo, billed through Stripe): everything in Standard, plus inbound email Intake, automatic email-based renewal processing, department renewal budgets, budget vs. expected renewal spend, and renewal spend forecasting. An expired trial becomes read-only until an Admin chooses Free, Standard, or Business. Existing data is not silently turned into a writable paid account. ## Product surfaces Capture: manual entry, CSV import, PDF workflows, and inbound email on supported plans. Organize: vendor, owner, department, location, cost, and supporting documents. Track: renewal dates, cancellation windows, auto-renew status, lifecycle state, and history. Remind: Needs Attention for core tracking. Proactive email reminders on paid plans. Act: record the decision deliberately. Authenticated application routes (renewal workspace, vendor management, intake, reports, user administration, billing, settings, and recycle bin) are not public documentation. ## Security Company-owned records are scoped server-side by tenant. Roles are Admin, Manager, and User. Email verification and optional or required 2FA are available. Documents are not public links; they are streamed through authorized endpoints and can use private Supabase storage. Stripe handles checkout; billing identifiers stay server-side.
